Chef Rene Stein will be hosting a 14 course tasting on December 31st.
The New Year’s Eve dishes will pay homage to the passage of time and sense memory. Guests will be transported through winter, spring, summer and fall through sight, sound, smell, taste. Each course and its beverage pairing (beer, wine and specialty cocktails) will be designed to invoke the subtle nuances of each passing season.
